Base is $39/month/location. The limited-time annual offer is $240/year prepaid ($20/month equivalent); the standard annual list price remains $390/year. Base includes 50 voice minutes, then $0.40/minute.
Business is $297/month/location or $2,970/year prepaid (annual checkout temporarily unavailable) and includes 500 voice minutes. Additional voice usage is $0.40/minute.
Your monthly plan price stays flat during normal use. The 1,500- and 2,500-minute levels are review thresholds, not automatic overage charges or call cutoffs.
Standard annual plans are prepaid at the equivalent of 10 monthly payments for 12 months of service. Base currently has a separate limited-time annual offer at $240/year prepaid. Unusual integrations or custom software are quoted separately.

Each standard plan covers one business/location. Additional locations are priced separately unless a written multi-location or partner agreement says otherwise.
No. Lead Engine adds the supported lead-intelligence layer: tracking, prioritization, attribution, conversion tagging, and reporting where configured. Hands-on sales follow-up, marketing, and other Aura services are scoped separately.
Base is self-service only. Receptionist and Lead Engine can be set up by you for $0 or use optional managed setup for $997 one time per location. The setup choice is separate from the monthly subscription.
CRM Connector and SMS Notifications are optional add-ons. Availability is confirmed for the selected core plan and supported connection or workflow before activation. SMS also requires the applicable consent setup.
We review sustained high-volume use and, when appropriate, agree a separate high-volume or custom plan. We do not automatically convert Receptionist or Lead Engine into per-minute billing.
